Through compassionate and careful listening. I address physical and energetic issues. Ushering your body toward its own natural healing abilities.
I have strong, but firm, warm hands ready to work out your knots and relieve your body of soreness, stiffness, aches, and pain.
I also strive to make each session on my massage table meaningful, guiding your body toward peace, balance, and relaxation.
A massage can be relaxing and enjoyable, but it can also be therapeutic which helps to relieve the body of toxic waste, cramps, joint pains, back issues, sciatica, muscle spasms and rotator cuff issues. The list goes on and on.
You'll be able to relax in my dimly lit massage studio on a heated or non- heated massage table. I provide clean linen, warm towels, soft music, and unscented candles.
Let me dedicate my life today, to the care of those, who come my way.
Let me touch each one with healing hands,
and the gentle art, for which it stands.
And then tonight, when day is done, let me rest in peace, if l helped just one.

Massage and relaxation go together, but why? What's so special about getting a massage? — even one focused on pain relief or relaxation — that creates such a sense of well-being, calm, and energy? Why do we as human beings crave the touch of another? Whether in giving or receiving, touch is as essential to human survival as is food. Infants deprived of touch, even when they are getting adequate nutrition, will fail to thrive. Elders isolated by loss of partners and friends become depressed not only because of the absence of social interaction, but also because of the simple loss of being touched. We calm our pets by stroking them, we greet each other with a hug or a handshake, and we soothe our children by holding them. No other form of connection is as powerful and universal as the human touch.
If you feel uncomfortable about the way your body looks, you are not alone. Most of us are worried we're too fat, too thin, or have weird feet, or some other body part we are self-conscious about.
As a professional massage therapist, I am trained to view the body's underlying systems and structures—muscles, tendons, and tissues.

Rest assured that my only concern is finding and releasing tension and pain, and working with your musculoskeletal system to create comfort, relaxation and healing.

1. Starting Your Session
First, we will discuss the reasons for your visit and specific areas you would like to address before your massage. We will also discuss any relevant medical history, injuries or physical conditions I should be aware of.
2. Getting Prepared
Your massage will take place in a dimly lit private room. I will leave the room to allow you to get undressed and lie on the table.
3. Music
Soft music playing during a massage session releases mood-enhancing chemicals in the brain.
4. Massage Dress Code
The first question on most people's minds is: “Do I have to be naked?” Let’s clear that up right away: No!
If you are experiencing a massage for the first time or a hundredth time, there is no rule saying you have to be nude.
When speaking with first time clients, I always tell them to dress down to their comfort level, whatever that may be.
Some clients hop on the table and slide under the sheets nude or wear underwear and some lie on top of the sheets nude or wearing their underwear.
There’s no wrong way. I will work around whatever you decide.
For Ladies-- Keeping your underwear on is fine, but if you keep your bra on, it makes it difficult for me to work on your back.
For Men-- If you choose to wear boxers, loose-fitting ones preferred. Boxer briefs make it little more difficult to work certain areas of the hips/thighs, but they are still manageable.
5. Erections
Getting a therapeutic massage is supposed to be a relaxing, healing experience.
But for some men, fear of having an erection during the session prevents them from getting a massage.
Also, some men aren't comfortable getting a massage from a man because they're afraid "It" will move."
I will say massaging muscle tissue can sometimes cause sexual arousal and in such situations there's no need to be embarrassed.
I've had the pleasure of working on a lot of people and I've learned how to work around erections. So since it doesn't bother me. It shouldn't bother you.
Some people associate erections with purely sexual arousal,— but, in fact, erections occur for a variety of reasons.
They can occur while a man is sleeping, or when he's angry, or, scared, or when he is deeply relaxed, like during a massage.
The bottom line: — try not to stress about it. Reflexive erections, a normal physiological response to touch and relaxation.
6. Jewelry
Remove obstructive jewelry before getting on the table. Necklaces, dangling earrings, watches/bracelets etc. Rings on your fingers are fine.
7. Long Hair
For ladies and men, having a hair-tie is recommended.
Got a a lot of Back Hair?--If you have an excessive amount of hair on your back and have had a bad or painful massage experience because of it, know that I will use more cream or gel on your back to avoid pulling the hair and to allow my fingers, palms and the base of my hands to glide across your skin more freely.
Should I shave/trim my back in advance of a massage? I get this question from clients who are concerned. Shaving your back is preferable - if you have the opportunity to do so- in advance of your massage.
This allows for a better glide and I'm able to hit the muscles with my techniques without worrying about pulling your hair. Additionally, extremely hairy backs can sometimes cause the back to sweat, which, combined with massage gels and creams, creates a combination that gives off a stench and a unpleasant area to massage.
8. Showering
When your skin is clean, it will absorb the creams, gels and oils used during your massage much better.
9. To My Ladies
In the interest of propriety, ladies- are required to bring someone with them to sit in on their massage session.
10. Communication
Always voice your concerns if the massage isn't going as you desire or when something doesn't feel right-i.e., whether I'm applying too much pressure or not enough.
I want you to feel comfortable as possible during your session. Also, don't hesitate to let me know if the room is too hot or, too cold or when need a restroom break or a drink of water.
11. Engaging Conversation
It's ok to engage me in conversation during your session as long as the topics and questions are not personal. Due to nerves, some clients may get chatty, and that's ok with me. Many clients make small talk for the first 20–30 minutes, then zone out for the remainder of the session.
12. Inappropriate Touching
It is the therapist's job to touch you, not vice-versa! An attraction to the therapist or the fact that one is paying for a massage does not give the client the right to inappropriately touch the therapist. No one wants to be put in an uncomfortable situation.
13. After Your Massage
When your massage is over, I will leave the room so you can get dressed. After I return, we will briefly discuss your session as you sip on bottled water.
14. Escort
I'm a massage therapist, not an escort. There are plenty of sites online that offer whatever you are searching for.
15. Private & Confidential
Your session will not be disclosed to anyone.
16. Eating Before Your Session
Avoid eating a heavy meal before your session.. Eating a big meal before a massage stimulates digestion. Not to mention it may leave you feeling bloated and uncomfortable.
Your best bet is to eat a light meal at least two hours beforehand to allow for digestion.
17. To My Smokers
We all know smoking is bad for you, so I am not going to get into a lecture about the health risks of puffing on a cigarette.
I just ask smokers not to smoke 30 minutes before their session.
Here’s the thing: that cigarette odor is in your system, not just on your hands and breath.
So when massage oil/cream/gel is applied to your skin, those products brings all that out! Unfortunately, the odor gets into the sheets, in the air and on my hands.
18. Drink Water
It's good to drink water before and after a massage. A massage moves fluids through the body.
If you are dehydrated, a massage is only going to heighten the feeling of dehydration afterwards.
I know exactly
how to work into the muscle to get the blood flowing again. As that happens your blood will again start delivering oxygen and fluids to the muscle tissue.
Any amount of water that is transferred to the muscle is removed from your blood-stream effectively causing the percentage of water in your blood stream to decrease = dehydration.
At the same time, your muscles are releasing the built-up metabolic wastes into your blood stream.
In severe cases, clients can even become nauseated or feel light-headed. Proper hydration is more than just drinking plenty of water.
19. The Weight Capacity
The weight capacity for my massage table is 350lbs.
20. Respect & Etiquette
Please be respectful when emailing, calling, and texting my business line. Leaving text messages that are nothing but one-word messages or messages filled with sexual innuendos is not flattering but annoying. Please give me the same respect and professional courtesy you would want me to give you. your profession or your place of business. Please note: I do not respond to private and restricted numbers.
21. Cell Phones
Before your session, please make sure your cell phone is placed on mute or vibrate.

Black Hawaiian-Style Sea Salt (Black Lava Salt) is an all-natural, solar-evaporated, Pacific Sea Salt blended with activated charcoal powder, which is derived from Hawaiian coconut shells. Activated charcoal is a fine black powder made from bone char, coconut shells. The charcoal is "activated" by processing it at very high temperatures.

The Brazil nut tree is native to the Amazon rainforest located in Brazil. The spherical seed capsule weighs up to five pounds containing between 12 to 25 tough shelled nuts inside.

Dead Sea Salt in the scrub removes dead skin cells as a result of exfoliation. The mild body scrub extends to moisturizing as it allows for the easy absorption of a skin moisturizer into the healthy skin. Sugar is also in the scrub making it an amazing abrasive ingredient. It retains moisture and ensures skin is kept hydrated, making it ideal for delicate and sensitive skin.
The body scrub is then thoroughly washed off with a warm shower. The treatment is completed by moisturizing your body with warm raw shea butter, coconut oil, raw coca-butter or almond oil.
